Discover what to automate — automatically.
Your company already shows you where the pain is — in Slack threads, support tickets, after-hours emails. Digital DNA listens, spots the patterns, and hands your team a ranked list of automations worth building.
No process-mapping workshops. No $50K consulting projects. Just real evidence from your real work, with a confidence score on every suggestion.

From channel chatter to ready-to-build
Listen → Spot → Propose → Build
You don’t need more AI ideas. You need operational clarity.
Three things we hear from operations leaders every week.
“We have too many automation ideas — and no way to prioritise them.”
Every team has a top-three list. None of them agree. Without a shared view of impact and ROI, the conversation goes in circles and nothing ships.
“By the time consultants finish mapping the process, the process has already changed.”
Operations evolve faster than documentation. A four-week mapping engagement produces slides for a workflow that’s already shifted. The diagrams ship; the automations don’t.
“The business runs on Slack messages, spreadsheets, and people remembering things.”
Critical knowledge lives in your best operators’ heads. The work happens because someone remembers a Friday reminder, a manual check, a follow-up. Take them out and it breaks.
How Digital DNA works
Three steps. Nothing for your team to document.
Listen
Connect the channels your team already uses — Slack today, email and CRM next. No process documentation, no interviews, no surveys. Personal data is stripped before anything is stored.
- · Slack (live)
- · Email · CRM · Voice (rolling out)
- · Runs on your infrastructure
Spot
Built-in patterns catch the things humans normalise: the question asked twenty times this month, the manual handoff between two teams, the after-hours spikes that nobody schedules around.
- · Recurring questions
- · Manual handoffs
- · Out-of-hours bursts
Propose
Every night, AI drafts ready-to-build automation specs — with the exact messages that triggered them, a confidence score, and an estimate of hours saved. Approve the good ones. Build them in Agentrika in one click.
- · Evidence trail per proposal
- · Confidence score (0–1)
- · One-click handoff to Agentrika
Built for mid-market reality
Procurement-friendly. Privacy-first. Predictable cost.
Multi-channel listening
Slack is live today. Email, voice, and CRM are templated and rolling out. Add a channel by configuring a connector — no custom integration work.
Evidence on every suggestion
Every proposal links to the actual messages, tickets, or events that triggered it — with a confidence score from 0 to 1. No black-box recommendations. Your team approves what they trust.
Private by design
Personal data is redacted before anything is stored. Encrypted at rest. JWT or OIDC auth. Runs on your infrastructure — raw channel data never leaves your perimeter.
Cost you can predict
Set a daily AI-spend cap per organisation. Digital DNA respects the budget — nightly proposals throttle themselves rather than surprise your CFO. Per-org cost dashboard included.
What it actually finds
Three real-world patterns, three real-world proposals.
Operations lead
“Where’s my invoice?”
Digital DNA notices the same question landing in #finance 20 times a week. It drafts an auto-respond automation that pulls invoice status from your ERP and replies in-channel.
Customer success
The escalation pattern
Same five accounts keep getting escalated the same way. Digital DNA suggests a routing playbook: detect the keyword, pull the account’s tier, ping the right CSM with full context.
Finance / CFO
After-hours approvals
Expense approvals pile up on Friday nights. Digital DNA proposes an SLA workflow: auto-categorise, fast-track under-threshold items, batch the rest for Monday morning review.
Pairs with Agentrika
A self-improving loop with Agentrika.
Digital DNA hands you ready-to-build proposals. Agentrika builds and runs them — and feeds every execution back: which automations get used, how often, how long they save, where they fail.
Each new metric becomes another data point. DNA learns what works, sharpens future proposals, and stops suggesting things you already automated. The longer they run together, the better the suggestions get.
- DNA → Agentrika: approved proposals as ready-to-build automation specs.
- Agentrika → DNA: run metrics, success rates, and the catalogue of what’s already automated.
- Result: a feedback loop that compounds — better signals, better ROI estimates, fewer duplicate suggestions, every week.

Built for the questions your security team will ask
Procurement and IT pass it the first time.
PII redaction
Personal data stripped before events are stored.
Self-hosted
Runs in your data centre, VPC, or air-gapped environment.
JWT / OIDC auth
Plug into your existing identity provider.
Daily spend cap
Per-org AI budget. No surprise invoices.
Audit trail
Every event, signal, and proposal is logged and traceable.
Read-only by design
DNA observes and proposes. It never mutates live systems.
Common questions
Do you store our Slack messages?
Not in raw form. Every event passes through a redactor that strips personal data — names, emails, phone numbers, account IDs — before it is persisted. Both raw and redacted events stay in your infrastructure; nothing is uploaded to us.
How long until we see a useful suggestion?
Most teams see their first high-confidence proposal within a week of connecting a busy channel. The reflector runs nightly, so as patterns accumulate, the quality of suggestions improves day over day.
What if the suggestions are wrong?
Nothing is auto-deployed. Every proposal needs a human to approve it. Dismiss the ones that miss the point — the system learns from what you keep and what you reject. Only high-confidence proposals (≥ 0.85) surface for review by default.
What channels are supported today?
Slack is fully live. Email, CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot), voice transcripts, and Telegram are templated and rolling out. The collector model is open, so additional channels are configuration-only.
Does it work with our existing AI contract?
Yes. Bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or self-hosted model. Digital DNA respects whatever LLM contract you already have — and caps daily spend per organisation so you stay inside it.
