Field service & installers

Every visit confirmed, every service due booked, every invoice paid.

Your job management system keeps the jobs. Agentric OS keeps the customers informed and the calendar full: it confirms visits, tells customers when the engineer is on the way, books annual services before they fall due and chases invoices.

Where the office time goes

Phones, reminders and chasing, for every single job.

“When is he coming?”

Customers ring the office because nobody told them. Engineers lose time at doors nobody opens.

Services that never get booked

Every installation should bring a yearly service. Without a reminder, most never do.

Certificates by hand

Paperwork after each job waits for someone in the office to find time for it.

Invoices that drift

Small jobs get paid late because chasing them costs more than the job.

What it handles

The office work behind every job, run from start to finish and adjustable to how you operate.

Visit booked

Confirms the date with the customer and reminds them the day before.

Engineer on the way

Tells the customer when the engineer leaves for them, so the door gets opened.

Annual service

Finds installations due for a service and offers slots that fit your routes.

Certificates

Sends the right certificate after the job and keeps track of the ones that renew.

Overdue invoice

Reminds on your schedule, stops when paid and hands the rest to the office.

Review request

Asks happy customers for a review once the job is closed and paid.

…and your own

Every situation above is a set of steps and rules you can change. Any other situation your team handles by hand can be added the same way, without rebuilding anything.

Every situation, seen through to the end

The same four steps every time, so nothing depends on who remembers to follow up.

  1. 1

    Notices

Sees what changed in your job management system, or what a customer just wrote, and reads the latest details before deciding anything.

  2. 2

    Decides by your rules

Every action is checked against rules you set: done straight away, sent to a person for approval, or never done.

  3. 3

    Acts and checks

Sends the message or makes the change in your job management system, then reads it back. “Sent” is not counted as “done”.

  4. 4

    Hands over when needed

Anything unusual, late or outside your rules goes to a person with the full history, never left hanging.

Counted in money, not in messages

Every situation it handles is recorded with what it cost, what it saved and what it brought in. You see it per week, per team and per location.

Office hours

Time no longer spent on confirmations, reminders and chasing, at your own rates.

Services booked

Annual services booked from reminders, valued at your service price.

Invoices collected

Money paid after an automatic reminder, and how much sooner.

Wasted visits avoided

Visits where nobody was home, before and after the on-the-way message.

Free shadow check

See what it would do in your business before you commit to anything.

  • Read-only access to your job management system: nothing is sent and nothing is changed
  • For two to four weeks it handles your real work in the background and writes down every step it would take
  • You get a report in money: hours your team would have saved and revenue it would have brought in
  • Then you switch on the parts you trust, one by one

How it goes

  1. 1

    Connect

Read-only access to your job management system and a short call about your rules.

  2. 2

    Watch

It works alongside your team without sending anything.

  3. 3

    Decide

You see what it would have done and what it was worth, then choose what goes live.

Common questions

Does it replace our job management system?

No. Jobs, customers and engineers stay where they are. Agentric OS works on top of your system and records what it does there.

Does it work with our routes?

Yes. Service slots are offered from the days and areas your rules allow, so engineers are not sent across the map.

Who handles quotes and complaints?

Your team. Agentric OS passes them on with everything the customer said, and keeps out of the conversation.

What is the free shadow check?

For two to four weeks Agentric OS works on your real data with read-only access. It writes down everything it would have done and what that was worth, and sends nothing. Then you decide what to switch on.
