Agentric OS

Operations that run themselves, on top of the systems you already use. Agentric OS notices what happens in the system your team already works in, decides what should happen next, does it there and checks that it worked.

One core for every industry. What makes it yours is a configuration: the situations to handle, the rules to follow and the agents to use. Pick a ready one from the catalog or build your own.

A new industry is not a new product

“Install a configuration, not a rebuild”

From automations to operations

Agentrika builds an automation for a job. Agentric OS runs the whole operation around the system your team already works in. They share the same connectors.

Agentrika

One business cycle, automated

  • You describe a job in plain language, it builds and deploys it
  • Leads, support tickets, documents, tenders
  • Ready patterns live in Solutions

Agentric OS

A whole operation, run as cases

  • Every situation that matters becomes a case and is run to the end
  • Every change is checked against your policy, with approvals where you want them
  • Ready configurations live in the catalog

How every case runs

The same four steps in every industry. Only the configuration changes.

1

Event

A connector reports what changed in your system. Before anything is decided, the current state is read from the system itself.

2

Case

A situation that matters opens a case. Steps, waits, deadlines and escalation are part of it, not something a person has to remember.

3

Policy

Every change is checked against rules you set: done automatically, sent for approval or refused. If no rule fits, a person decides.

4

Act & verify

The change is sent once through the connector, then read back. “Sent” is not “done”: no visible effect means unverified.

Three parts, each with its own job

That is why a new industry needs a new configuration, not a new product.

Core

The same for every business

It notices what happened, decides what to do, asks for approval where you want it and checks the result. Nothing in it is tied to one industry, so it works for any of them.

Connectors

Your systems, plugged in

Built on Agentrika’s 400+ integrations. A connector links one of your systems, such as a PMS, CRM or email, and is the only part that holds the password to it.

Configurations

Your operation, as settings

A configuration bundles everything an industry needs. Install it, adjust it to your business, and try every change on one account before rolling it out to all.

What a configuration is made of

Configuration, not code. Every part is something your team can read and change.

Situations

Which events open a case and how each case runs, step by step, with its waits and deadlines.

Rules

Who is told what and when, and what may happen without a person.

Agents

What each agent decides, what it may read and what it may propose. Agents never write on their own.

Messages

Letters and notices to customers, owners and the team, with your wording and your signature.

Connections it needs

Which systems must be connected. Before install, the platform checks them and says what is missing.

Your settings

Addresses, phone, time zone, the name messages are signed with. A short form in plain words.

Policy

What runs automatically, what waits for approval and what is never allowed. Can differ per account.

Money

How the result is counted: hours of manual work saved, cost per case, revenue kept. Shown for every installation.

Every configuration reports in money

Not “312 cases ran”. What the operation cost, what it saved and what it earned, per configuration and per account.

  • Cost: AI and running cost per case, in your currency
  • Savings: cases closed without a person, times the time your team used to spend on each
  • Revenue: payments collected on time, bookings and orders kept, upsells accepted

Autonomy you can sign off on

The controls sit in the core, below every configuration. A badly built configuration cannot go around them.

Agents propose, policy decides

An agent can read and propose. Only one component sends changes to your systems, and only what policy allowed.

Shadow mode first

A new configuration records what it would do and sends nothing. Compare with your team, then switch parts live one by one.

Approvals that hold

The approver sees the exact change. What is sent afterwards is what was approved, not a fresh guess.

No double actions

A retry or a repeated event never produces a second task, a second message or a second change.

Verified outcomes

After acting, the result is read back. An action with no visible effect is flagged, never counted as done.

Nothing gets lost

A case that cannot move forward goes to a person with its full history and can be retried from where it stopped.

Start from a ready configuration

Each one is a complete operation for an industry, ready to install on top of the system you already run.
